How do I send you a print job?
Email your files to Info@print-x.co.za or use the contact form — a print-ready PDF works best. During working hours we quote within the hour, and most jobs are ready the same day.
What's the largest size you can print?
Anything from a single A4 copy up to full-size site banners — well beyond A0 — on bond, gloss, matte or tracing stock. Send us the dimensions and we'll confirm the best way to print it.
How fast is turnaround?
Email a standard job before lunch and it's usually ready by close of business. Big tender runs and specialty stock can take longer — we'll tell you up front when we quote.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes — same-day collection and delivery across greater Durban, and collection is free over R300 around Berea, Morningside and Glenwood. We courier nationwide on request. See delivery pricing.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is ideal — export CAD drawings to PDF at true scale. We also handle TIFF and JPG, and we'll flag anything that won't print cleanly before the print head moves.
Do you only print for architects?
Architectural plan printing is our specialty, but the studio serves everyone — tenders, reports, posters, laminating, scanning and one-off jobs are all daily work.
